And I just got confirmation from Drew Waters, who will also be there. 
He's gonna co- with me on the Acting panel I'm doing, and will of corues be there to meet the pack.

Very cool! Glad he is going to make it!
On a side note- Daniel and I never could find anyone to share a room with, so we broke down and just reserved a single at the Westin. I hope the skyway will stay open at night.

The trip for 2008 is already being planned for. My family will be at home so I don't have to watch the dog and the house all alone like this year. A-Kon 19 will definately happen unless I'm struck by a financial catastrophe.
Just wondering, but... I would like to ask permission to call one of you on speakerphone during one of the Pack meetings just so I can say hi to everyone and stuff.

AB: So, we're seeing both Jack and Max, the two confirmed cast of Freeborn? Wowness! It'll also be neat to meet Porsche, the lady we've collectively afflicted with photomanipulative lycanthropy. That, and it'll be nice to meet again those like you, Silver, Ed, and the others who have gotten us this far.
Everyone: The past two years, we've tended to do a get-together on Friday night, after opening ceremonies. It does mean missing the rock concert (unless you've been duped into untimely volunteer work, as Figarou will testify), but since you guys rock, that's not personally a problem. I'm not sure exactly where Cathey's and my suite will be, but it'll be in the hotel building somewhere. We could meet there maybe nine or ten, depending on how the A-Kon schedule looks--unless you'd rather meet elsewhere. We've previously met at Anthony's and at various restaurants. The Cachel booth seems an ideal starting point to leave messages for each other and to coordinate plans--for obvious reasons. And, thank you, Anthony, for putting up with a mob of groupies following you around!
One additional warning: Cathey and I found some new duckies, larger and more powerful than our original Sears-sponsored Extreme Makeover: Werewolf Edition one, which seems to have been, uh, left behind. I swore I wouldn't, too.

Okies since PM'ing you didn't work I'll ask here. I had mentioned to AB maybe we should have some sort of party at this coming a-kon. I was thinking thursday, but I figured everyone would be busy that day. So why not Friday or Saturday night? I think it'd be fun to do, but of course this was just a suggestion I brought to him...So yeah anyone else have any input on the idea?
