That obviously must have taken a very long time. He surely does have talent for those kinds of things.

If Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft sees how popular it is, they might make thier own version. I'm hoping they do.

...it's not "OFFICIAL"...

This was a HOME BREW project. Neither today, nor EVER will this thing be available in stores...unless you want to ask this guy for the intructions, buy the parts and recreate it yourself.

Strangely though, last night I had a dream that someone sent me a Laptop Computer in the mail that played original X-Box games.

Besides...this sort of thing just is not PRACTICAL right now. Both the PS3 and X-Box360 systems are so complex right now that they just are not very Portable. If you actually read about this thing that he built the 360 Laptop weighs about 17 Pounds, once you fill the liquid cooling system to keep it from melting down.

...the Wii system, on the other hand, is feather light, compact and tiny, so it could quite easily fit into a portable rig such as this...but again, I wouldn't expect it dirrectly from Nintendo "Officially"...not to mention it just wouldnt be a good idea, considering how impossibly sensitive the WiiMote would be on such a small screen.

It's really cool that he was skilled enough to build that, but in the long run, such systems are just impractical, and would be excessively expensive. Who want's to play Next-Gen games on a tiny, cramped little screen anyway? ...you can't even use WASD-Mouse controlls on FPS games.

This machine is the kind of thing you build just to proove you CAN...not because there is really any use for it.

If you want Gaming on the Go, buy a Nintendo DS or a PSP.
