Yep, he knows. He sees it too, but he doesn't like to admit it. :P

Before I told him he used to say every time we were relaxing on the couch that he expected me to start purring any minute.

I saw this. Frankly I don't trust any online dating services. And if I meet someone who isn't comfortable with me as a shifter, (I'll refrain from using the word 'shape' shifter  for Vuldari's sake) well they can get lost. (I don't mean physical shifter just for everyone's future reference...I've confused so many people! Sorry! )

I think the service is a really wonderful idea for otherkin. And how boring is it sometimes to have a partner completely uninterested in what you like? That works for many people, but not for me! (For me, he would need to be able to understand that my shifting and meditation needs some time alone...well I'm always needing time alone...and that music is my biggest passion...I'd do best with a musician who's got an open mind. If he was a therian, or a shifter of any kind, what a bonus!).

So I gotta say it's great it has a charge...stops some weirdos, though not all.

I couldn't help but notice all the grammar mistakes in this. Really, if you don't want the world to think of your group as a bunch of kooks, the first thing to learn is spelling and grammar, at least for those individuals who write things and put them where the public can read them. Otherwise, whining about your kooky reputation is kind of pointless.
I don't mean any disrespect to the therians here, and I'm not saying that the general public would believe everything that otherkin say if they simply wrote well. I'm just saying that bad grammar and such just makes things so much worse.

I once found a vampire site that was badly written. To be honest, I was skeptical of their existence due to such sites.

I still am, to be honest. Therianthropes seem a bit more plausible...although some say things I am skeptical of, and I still believe any human has the capabilities of a therian. (Shifting, all that).

The worst I saw was the therian bible we all laughed at...the grammar was so appauling. I mean we might all have mistakes around, but if she wanted to be believed and respected, she should have learnt how to spell!

I have to agree about the whining part. I mean I'm a hypocrite I guess...me and Andy whine about the way today's music is totally boring, I guess that's the same thing...

But my biggest whine is about how we are bringing up our daughters :x to look like sl*ts (Excuse my language). The rubbish they market towards them! Oooh but I'm far off topic! I'm so bored you see, I'm sorry

Well yeah, but that's pretty much par for the course on the Internet. Just look at 85.5% of Myspace (The other 14% of myspace you can't actually see, due to the terrible HTML.)
