Most of the people on here have so many posts already cause its been around since 2004... i just joined today...Fig has so many posts...i have a lot of work to do to catch up.

Don't worry about it. Post count doesn't matter. ...it's just an interesting little statistic...nothing more.

Of course, I'm one to talk, as I was once #2 in post count, dropped to #12 for a while and have been creeping my way back up again since, currently standing at #8, close to overtaking Scott Gardener for #7.

I heard from a very "reliable" source that when Fig's post count reaches 20,000 , the world ends!

My current post count stops at 58. So why bother? It's all fun and games untill the world blows up

good luck on that dude, I've been trying to catch up to him since i first joined and he is VERY hard to catch up on. I may get Lupin's 2nd top poster tittle, but it seems the gap between me and figarou gets wider and wider. When i first started out had like some where around 3,000 and he's in the 11,000's now

Any way posts don't really matter, just respond to every active thread, make friends and most of all have fun. Then you'll find your posts will rise in numbers, but this is a community, not a compition.

On the post count - as long as I'm in the top position somewhere - my ego is happy... and thusfar I have about a 900 post lead on my own forums...

...and Lupin is in 2nd. Most of the other active posters there are active Pack members too... yikes...

I'm just trying to get back into the top 25 here though.

hehe well you all seem really great its awesome to be a part of this community ive seen some nice artists here that ive know for awhile now like Arania and LoboLeo two of my most favorite artists great work both of you where ever you are in the boards. Anywho i love to make new friends whenever i can so just happy to be here. Wasnt worried too much on the post count i was more worried about the amount of time that this place has been in existence and me not even knowing about it till just a few days ago. but ill try my best to contribute in some way.

Long post? Two things, my dear friend Razu:

1) You needen't apologize for sharing thoughts that you feel the need to share (and are generally socially acceptable).

2) A long post requires most of us to have to page down multiple times to get to the bottom of it (of which you'll find some on these forums).

TLDR

You shouldn't worry about post counts. I just post when I feel I have something to add yet my posts on any forum climb like a scared cat up a tree.

As said, post counts don't really matter.

(Fig's just being the hyperactive duckie tosser he is)

As for long posts... psh. Long is something... eh, way longer? Just like Baphnedia said
