I say to you who hath become lost:
"Take your heart, and let it defrost.
For you have traveled, fet joy, felt pain.
*Escape* these clutches. *Break* from this chain.
For I am one who has been through my times,
Comparing not to yours, expressed in rhymes.
I say to you, you'll get through this.
You experience pain to enjoy the bliss."
There is no words, no verbal expression that can describe the sadness of losing one who is so close to you. I have experienced it in my years, and I have also felt this indescribable sadness. I know these are only words, and I know that there's no real way for me to express the feeling without being there, but I wish you well, and I tell you that there is no bad way to end such undue suffering.
Now, more than ever, your Keno will know peace.

Oh man,
It's never fun when you lose a pet. Keno was a beautiful dog.

My condolences. The thing is to remeber the good times and that he's in a better place now, and all that jazz.
Though the body dies, the memory lives on.

I'd like to think that right now Keno and Gilby are running around playing chase with my Sally.
*sigh* It's been a year and I still am tearing up thinking about her.
I hope that soon it will stop hurting so much for you.

I hope Keno and my sister's dog Jasmine are playing together...where ever they have gone too.
My final words are this: You saved him from the pain and he's greatful for that.

I bet Keno is sending a message to my Jake on the Heaven's Dogs Forum telling him how much he misses, thanks, and loves you!

man, that is so sad. i don't even know you or your dog, and i'm almost crying as i read this.
i'm sure he's glad to not hurt anymore, though, so you can be happy for him.
you know, if i could through this site, i would totally give you a big hug right about now.
