I know these kinds of threads tend to become flame wars, and get locked, so I'll make it simple:
FURRIES. We don't hate you. Probably half the people on this board are furry people. Just because I don't want CL to be labeled a "furry movie" doesn't mean I don't want them to like it, and enjoy it, and buy lots of merchandise to fill my pockets with money!
I have furry friends. They are nice people! Some of the nicest I ever met! I have been accused of being "furry" So whatever.
Just remember, furries have disposable income too :} Respect them, and they will pay to see your movie! :}

Yeah I agree, and Im sure Vuldari agrees that furries shouldn't be scared off. (I dont think his thread was intended for scaring off).
Funny, I've been jamming upstairs with Charlie and realised I'm still online. Well, I am back now. How...funny...that I didn't log off.

Funny. I seem to recall not that long ago a thread worrying that the Pack was comming across to non-furries as a furry board.
Anyway, last I checked, furries and therians are tolerant of each other, so I don't think we should have too many problems. Every now and then you get a psychotic purist on either side, but beyond that, I don't think there's anything to worry about.

NOT the message I was trying to convey with that little tantrum I threw a few days back.
I am an ex-furry myself, and still deeply into the genres and fantasies that originally lead me to once call myself a Furry in the first place.
Many of the things I said before were a mistake, and I'm sorry for that. It's just far too easy to play the "blame game" sometimes, when in truth, very often it really is no one in particulars fault, and sometimes partially your own as well.
Honestly, I came here from the "Yerf" forums when I first heard about this place, and if you had asked me if I was a Furry back then, I probably would have said YES. If I was suddenly prejudiced against them now (which I'm NOT...), that would be totally hypocrytical and unfair.

Furries are our friends. They compliment the therianthropy movement; together there's enough of both of us to have conventions. Furries are also the untapped market that in five year's time could make serious werewolf movies gain ground.

well I guess I already chose wolf since I have had a few drawings that were supposed to me as a werewolf
