in other news... turns out I can't offord a digital camera.

so I'm going to get a couple of desposible cameras. plus this time my mom is coming along, she has seen a few odd things, and seen weird prints to.


we hope to go in like a week, on a nice sunny day when all is calm.

and have you guys ever heard of Shadow Folk, Shadow people?

I've read up about them and found out I've seen somthing a lot like them. once with my mom, around 4:00 AM, we were getting ready to go around town, and since we don't own a car we have to take the city bus. and it was pitch black once we got to the stop, and we saw a shadow flick with no shape. and the way the lighting was there should not of been a shodow of such a size. plus it was only her and I, and it was neather of our shadows.

and the 2nd time was last year at acting class, it was show night and it was intermition, so we took a bathroom break. so as a bunch of us were going down the hall this huge blob of darkness came from around the corned it was like 15 feet away from us, and it was weaving in and out like water. then it started coming twords us, and some of the younger kids screemed and ran back from the way we had come from. and once the thing was like within 10 feet of us it just disapated.

we told everyone, but all we got from our derector was "stop trying to scar the little kids" but there was about twelve of us who saw it.

I know a bit off topic, but I just though I should post it.

Creepy. Sounds like something out of a Miyazaki film. ^^

Just follow these instructions...

1. Take weapons, any weapons, knives, swords....double barrel shotgun if you got one ya know

2. Try and get others to come with you just as preppared

3. Go out when you normal hear it or...see it I guess

4. If the thing attacks shoot the hell out of it

5. If it turns out to be a werewolf....let it bite you....then come bite me!

6. If it dies...hide it...go all government on the government and hide it from others MUHAHAHHA!!!

7. If shooting the hell out of it doesnt work...RUN MAN!......RUN wo-MAN!!!

and 8. If you do kill it...DUMP THE BODY!!!

Ok 8, 6 are only optional.... #7 is like a horror movie and #5....would be totally awesome for me


Well...I did all I could do

1: all I have is a BB Gun, you can't use a real gun within the city limits.

2: I only go in the daytime when it's safe out. (atleast it seems that way)

3: it's not a werewolf, Atleast I don't believe so werewolves do not exist, ones that can 'P' shift atlest

4: you haven't been much of help.

That shadow thing sounds really creepy and scarey If I saw something like that, I would be so scared to be alone, especially in the dark, for who knows how long.

yeah, it was quite creepy.

but I always keep my eyes out. for who knows what's lurking about.


soon I hope to get a video camera with a nightvision lense and put it on my back fence, that way I can see if anything odd comes about.

nope, see. when I saw it, I didn't stand around very long, I bolted right to my back door.

I wasn't expecting anything like that. so all I can tell you is what I already have.

I've already explaned this..... there is no way in hell I'm going out in the desert at night, and at night is the only time I've seen/heard it. and it's not worth getting attacked over. that's why just to be on the safe side I'm going in the day time.


I do not have A freekin gun, only a bb gun.

and I'm bringing a camera just in case I see anything odd.

this thing really freaks me out, so the most I am willing to do right now is see if it left anything behind.

Ideas:
Look around and find an old bulb-type flashgun (or camera with) at a swapmeet or garage sale, and get some bulbs for it.
Flashbulbs are a lot brighter than a strobe, since they were made for older, slower film.
This is FOR your safety: Something with night accustomed eyes will be blinded by one of those old flash guns enough for you to get away.
The idea of the disposable camera has one little problem: distance. Most of the strobes on those cameras aren't much good past twelve feet.
You might also try making a plaster cast of the footprints (clearest ones) by just mixing up some plaster and pouring it into the print, surrounded by a greased cardboard ring to contain the plaster. That way you will have a lot more readable print, and maybe someone could identify it.
