If the gestalt form is actually a half-way point between a human and a wolf form, then these parts need to be changed. I didn't see anything on this.
for instance, toes would be the same length. fingers would be the same length. fingers would be shorter. the hand itself would be longer and narrower (by a bit) the upper arm should be shorter relatively to the forearm. the legs need to be shortened sa bit more conderable than you'd think, and the front part of the foot, right behind the toes, needs to be a bit wider and the entire foot needs to be longer. the arch needs to dissapear and the heel needs to dissapear. your general claws probably would not be out fully at this point.
what do you think?

I'd think that the legs would be a bit shorter, and/or the arms a bit longer. Not so much that the werewolf would look like a gorilla or anything though. I would think the claws would be formed by then. Nice and sharp to gut your enemies

Fingers would be a bit stubbier/wider as well proably

I'd prefer more human-like hands on a Gestalt wolf, meaning no super chubby fingers. There's no use in having hands if your fingers are so wide and stubby you can't use 'em. However I'll be more than a little peeved if there are no claws on the Gestalt.
Feet don't need to look extremely wide. I mean I have big paws but they sure don't look it. Size 9 wide (American). Most shoes hurt because they're not wide enough for me. Even though my feet don't actually look big they are. (Well for a girl anyway.)
As for heel disappearing, wolves have heels. It would not just disappear. A digitigrade animal simply has them further up the leg. The thigh bone would need to be shorter in proportion to...what's it called...the bone below the knee which is there if you get kicked in the shins. (So much for technical terms eh? Isn't that one the humerus? I forget.)

*that bone thingie there*
*that other bone under in, kinda, no to the left! no, a bit up, yeah, that one*
*That thingie you stand on, it begins with an "f", let me think...*
when i said wider i meant longer, not actually wide. and i sorta meant the heel wouldn't be so prominent, ifyou can call it that.
the fingers ould be about the same realtive size and your ring or index finger.
and besides, i'm just thinking if it's a logical halfway point... but you could probably say, "of course they have claws" and not be wrong. we've never seen a live werewolf in gestalt form, eh?
well, at least i havent, can't speak for the rest o you.

If you meant longer why didn't you just say longer? Darn youngins, never say what they mean. Stop confusing an old bat like me. Perhaps if you'd explained what you meant I wouldn't have to rant about it. *waves cane at Shadowblaze*

I think the lower forarm should be longer and the shoulders placed a little bit back. The hands would be bigger so they may walk on then and have pads on them, but should still be like fingers and very usable. I think the will have a nice joint in the middle and and the last joint at the end like a regular wolf's.
The lower leg should be a little shorter and the foot much longer, along with canine toes. The forarm should be a little longer but if they are to walk on fours at anytime the thigh and lower leg will be bent to more like a hip.
I think its always a good idea to look at canine and human skeletons because they are infact pretty similair and it will demand the lenthening and shorting in order to create a werewolf capable of walking and going on all fours.
