Ooooh, now I want to blow some bills money and go buy a bunch of fruit to dip in my chocolate fountain...
Edit: That's right! I saw a chocolate fountain for sale in Costco a couple days ago. $20. You just ran out of excuses.

I'm the type to try the darkest chocolate I can find. Man, did I find some DARK chocolate... Stuff's like torture with sugar. Did get a sort of twisted pleasure from eating it though.
I prefer dark chocolate, but not with quite that much bitterness. I wasn't able to get the taste out of my mouth for hours.

It's been pointed out that Chocolate is poisonous to Dogs, and thus trefe (forbidden) to Werewolves.
I say nay! Were's, being a superior sort are by their nature immune to its deleterious effects.
They just can't digest it. That's all. It gives them Gas, as a matter of fact. So, if you smell chocolate, and there's no candy factory in sight, there's your evidence that they exist. Flatus.
I rest my case- and eat my 82% dark. Damn, that's good.

My housemate just introduced me to a delicious form of Cocoaddiction.
It's called "Drinking Chocolate" and it is to Hot Cocoa as a Rolls-Royce is to that beater you and I drive.
Imagine, if you will, Semi-Sweet Hot Chocolate. That's drinking Chocolate. By taste, it's about 70% Cocoa; dark, exotic, delicious and sensual. It's like drinking a dark chocolate bar.
If there's a Chocolate Apothecary near you...they have it, and they're on-line.
Enjoy....

Milk chocolate, smooth and creamy, I do not wish to eat bitter chocolate, chocolate chip cookies are always made with milk chocolate.

Also check out Euphoria Chocolates (sorry, gotta plug a local business). I just picked up a three-pound bag of their drinking chocolate a week ago during their annual bulk chocolate sale.
Eugene is fantastically lucky to have three world-class chocolatiers in residence: Euphoria, Larsen's and Fenton & Lee. Plus, we have Dagoba Chocolate just a couple hours south in Medford. I chopped up some Euphoria white chocolate to top my raspberry yoghurt with for breakfast this morning.
Ooooh Chocolate

People say that Chocolate is bad for you...all the fat, you know.
Guess what: The more Cocoa solids, the less Cocoa butter (fat) and the darker and more sensual the Chocolate.
A 72% semi-bitter Chocolate has less than half the fat of Milk Chocolate.
And it tastes so-o-o much better.
And: Chocolate solids (Cocoa) are superb anti-oxydants! So, not only is dark 80+ % Cocoa taste-tantalizing, it's also good for you!

I am aware that dark chocolate is better for us, however, the couple brands of basic dark chocolate I have had is not something I want to eat again, maybe I need to try a better dark chocolate as smooth creamy milk chocolate is far ahead with better flavor. Of course I taste a large difference in some cheaper brands of milk chocolate or better quality brands.
White chocolate anyone?
White chocolate is better mixed with something else, alone it is a little rich.

If you want a totally decadent candle, put a wick in Cocoa Butter and burn it as a "glass enclose candle". A
Scented glass candle, to be precise.
The scent of Chocolate will pervade your surroundings!

I guess it's because I didn't start out with expensive gourmet chocolate nor did I ever have any for a long time that I have a taste for almost any chocolate. I do prefer dark chocolate but milk is just classic ^-^
My favorite chocolate treats are chocolate pretzels, Kinder Eggs, and chocolate milk
*drools at the thought of all that chocolate*
