This wasa great idea in the ther thread. We should all compete to name/design a mascot for this board. naturally, i fugure it should be a werewolf, or a wolf.

How about one of Figarou's duckies? Name it Growler.

A mean looking duck with stabilizers on it.

The mascot can't look like anyone's character. A few was jealous of my character being up in the corner of the forum. (I ended up removing my character from there.)

I always figured The Pack symbol was enough. Creating a character to represent the pack kinda feels like belittleing everyone else. Thus, I'm somewhat opposed to the idea. My opinion could be swayed, but I still think a mascott is merely a symbol... which we have.

Hmmm.....

I think Kaebora is right. Lets just stick with the Pack symbol for now.

Well, it doesn't nessesarilly have to be the end of the idea. I'm sure a few will disagree with me.

Yeesh..that's too bad..I liked seeing Fig's charrie there after all he's done for the Pack..It's sad folks made such a fuss so much for family love

i think a mascot is unessisary

I think it's a cute idea. Furaffinity has a raccoon mascot and it works well for that site. Artists give him a different scene for different occasions such as holidays.

I don't think we need a mascot, but it might be fun to have one, even if it's un-official.

Okay...we'd like a mascot, and I guess it would have to be a Wolf.
Hmmmmmm.....And we don't want to offend anyone....

I have it! A White Wolf, with sky-blue points and navy markings; with the word "Wolf" underneath it.

Perfect: A Generic Wolf mascot!

Jealousy? I rather liked having Figarou's character with the duckie slingshot aimed squarely at you in forced perspective. We did after all vote him Pack representative. The image of the gray-eared brown and white werewolf hurling duckies is one of the first things I think of when I contemplate silly things found on the Internet. It's as quitchy as "All your base are belong to us."

That makes Figarou the "unofficial" mascott in my opinion.

For those of you with jelousy, remember. Figarou the wolf is a character. Figarou the person is real, but is not the wolf. Fig has already made it clear to me that his character is not his alter-ego/ fursona. Just a character, and a truely great one I might add. I still can't help but think they are one and the same sometimes.

I'm not helping if its a duck.

I agree with Fullmoonstar. Jack and the rest of the cast of Freeborn will be our mascots when all is said and done.

I liked Fig's character as the mascot.

Agreed. The symbol is cool and a mascot is simply overdoing it.

I think it would be a fun thing to do. Even if it doesnt become an offical thing
Just be fun to see all the different designs and such

The movie Freeborn does not represent us. We are the organization that gives feedback for monster movies. Freeborn is the first movie we have influenced. Indeed this group was founded on the purpose of giving feedback for Freeborn, we have outgrown that purpose. Now we are giving many artists and directors great ideas to work from. WE are The Pack's mascotts.

Look at chibi-me. He is one of those mascotts.

I saw Blood and Chocolate. They not only didn't listen, they had their fingers in their ears and were humming! I want my money back. (Fat chance)
