I have a band on my Myspace, which is called The Young Werewolves. Very horror based punk band, I forgot what they sound like but I assume Misfits. They have some comic book pictures they've done but it's more Wolfman styled.

The name "Werewolf" in my opinion should belong to metal bands (the name just sound intense, right for metal) , not to 40-year-old red necks singing really old school rock'n roll.

Don't diss old school rock n roll, that's where metal and classic rock and other rock came from buddy! :P

I haven't heard this band yet, haven't listened. :D I can't be on long...two guitars to restring, clean etc.

This is along the lines of why I was disappointed in Wolfmother. :|

Also, I had actually heard of this band prior to this post. Go me.

I'm sorry but i couldn't even listen through the whole thing. I've heard some worse things (like fire truck sirens or the sound of chalkboards being scratched) but i definitely wouldn't listen to this for pleasure.

Eh Wolfmother...their music is copied off other bands and while it's definately okay to listen to (But needs solos! What the hell! Haha I'm an oldschool music fanatic in a lot of ways...and their music is just bland without solos, whether keyboard or guitar!!) it is the singer who gives me a headache because he is not a very nice guy at all. Not only did he try and convince a friend of mine to kiss him when she really didn't want to, some of the comments he makes in interviews annoys me.

And I'm not generally a nasty, picky person!! :D

..... Oh but this is definately worth picking at: Repeditive riffs. Boring.
