NOW for the first rumor.

I have heard on multiple occasions of a Multitouch Leapord Laptop. It isn't out yet but with third party companys putting out conversion kits for Macbooks, I wouldn't see it as being too far off.

2. Touch screen iPod anyone??

Not a rumor, but confirmed: iTunes in America will soon sell DRM-free versions of EMI's catalog of music. And, the DRM-free music is reported to be of better sound quality, too. It will cost more, $1.29 per song, though one can also buy the usual DRM-ed version at the usual 99 cents. I saw this in the news. It is unclear if a similar deal exists outside the U.S. or not. The news also did not specify whether DRM-free meant mp3 format (which would require a fairly high bit rate to be "better" than m4a) or will be m4a, but the news report said the music would be playable on other mp3 players besides the iPod, and while this was said, a Zune was shown in the video montage--though it was not shown actually playing the music.

But only from EMI records (at the moment) well at least i can get every beatles CD ever... and share it

The Tablet mac is also "almost" confirmed as Steve Jobs has hinted about it MANY times, and with the development of multi-touch he would be a FOOL not to incorperate it into Apple's product line.
