I like ALL types of transformations. I am currently trying to write a novel and have also sidetracked onto a short story. However I am not currently writing anything about werewolves.
I have had a metal rod put in my back in order to cure my scoiliosis(curving of the spine which could lead to permanent paralysis).
So what would happen if someone who had a titanium rod(which eventually fuses to thr spine) was bitten by a werewolf?
Just in case someone finds that interesting to ponder...

It appeared twice...

You most likely just clicked the Submit button twice. It happens. A mod can delete one of them for you.

Anyway. :welcome: n00b.

Cumulus Protagonist.
Cumulus=Title of my novel(Work in progress)
Protagonist=The "name" of the main character(real name is blocked out
...I fear explining more would just scare people away.It may be a little too confusing.)

Ahh haha. Welcome to the Pack. Trust me, writers egos are almost as big as musicians or filmmakers. So, in regards to your book, the mere fact that you're writing one is awesome - and only give out information that you wish to share. Some of us on here are pretty scary ourselves, others are very scary. At least one, that I know of, writes horror.

Welcome here!

As for the orthopedic question, I think you reposted it in a neighboring section, and I worked on it over there.

I'm also a writer, currently at work trying to get my first novel published. Good luck on your novel, fellow writer!

My goal is to do whatever necessary to end any and all types of discrimination. By ending it I mean convincing people not to make ANY of it socially acceptable. My novel introduces racism between different species. Which simply states it you should never justify hatrfed no matter what.

Oh and no matter what becomes of my writing I will never allow myself to be arrogant. No one is "better" than someone else. You can be stronger than somone and such but not "better".

Welcome to The Pack! 8)

I imagine that if someone were to transform when they have any kind of unnatural materials inside them, would cause serious damage. In some discussions we agreed that not everyone can survive their first transformation into a werewolf. An older person's heart could give out, or a frail person could be done in by the mucsle spasms. If a person were to have screws in their knee from a previous injury, those screws wont transform with the person. Ouch.

It's all fiction anyways, so depending on the world you read or write about, it can always be different. Around here, most Pack members seem to prefer the more scientific approch to werewolves. There is also the magic variety, that transform without any nasty bone crunching and screaming. *Poof* Werewolf.
