Being Watched? Stupid? Logical?

You ever have the feeling you were being watched?
CONSTANTLY!!!!
I do but I just tell myself I am being retarded and other derogatory things and ignore it.
It is not like there is any reason for someone to want to watch me.
It is not possible for there to be a reason and not know it. It is illogical because there is nothing obvious that warrants attention. If it is not obvious then it could not possibly cause someone to go through the trouble.
I do not know if this is true or not and I have absolutely no clue on how someone could prove it either way. It would be nearly impossible to prove that it never happened because there are too many events that occur in the world. It would take more than one lifetime to check them all, even if the lifetime was several thousand years. If there was an incident that occurred were someone was being watched for a reason they did not know of, this could not truly be used as proof. People would not want to accept the fact that it could happen to someone else, sometimes this only occurs at a subconscious level. So the response to such a question ranges from you are an idiot, to you are smarter than that, to it is impossible, to it is nearly impossible.
Calling someone retarded is a lazy and illogical form of criticism. You are smarter than that may seem like a good response but it is still not logical. It does not explain why, it is a non-aggressive form of calling someone an idiot, not in the fact that they are the same but in the fact that they are not a logical response to the question. You could say that it was in response to a stupid question. You could even say that it is a stupid answer to a stupid question. It is still not logical. I believe that you should not use these two responses. You do not always know a good question from a stupid one. I could point out that we are technologically capable of watching someone without anyone ever knowing it. You see this on TV all the time and even hear about it. Satellite imagery could be used to watch someone. How can you possibly say with any certainty that someone is not being watched especially if you know very little about them?
You can not say it is impossible. This has nothing to do with the fact that you can prove this wrong using my satellite example. The fact is anything is possible. Consider the fact that we exist. How is this possible? What created us? What created the thing that created us? What created the thing that created the thing...? How can this go on forever? How could it just stop? This in my opinion is solid evidence that anything is possible.
You could say it is nearly impossible. You could use all of the arguments in the opening of this post. But the simple fact is that we normally do not automatically know what is nearly impossible. The question we are dealing with is not something we have statistics on. A car crash is hard to miss and a plane crash is even harder. Whether or not you are being watched? Even with all the extra variables like "the individual does not know they are being watched or how" it is still not something that can be figured out with statistics. The government could watch someone for a while and never tell anyone about it. This could be because the individual they were watching did not perform any actions that they watching for. This could be for a reason you can not even think of.
The government is not the only thing that has money or power. There may even be situations where someone does not need money to have the power to watch someone without them knowing it. So if you have the means and someone asks you if they are being watched you can either ignore it or help the person out by checking. It might even be a good idea to let them know you checked. Maybe even in a subtly alarming manner, but if nothing else at least respond appropriately with the only true response. It has been said that this response does not get used often enough. Is this true? Is anything in this post guaranteed to be true?
