One thing to consider if you are
dangerously* prideful.
The Song
The Lyrics
*If you are being cruel to people just because they do not know your name for example. Given of course that the person is kind and nice and does not know your name.

Supposedly at the time Pete Townshend was a follower of Meher Baba (An Indian Guru and philosopher) and he wanted to pay tribute to Terry Riley (One of his musical heroes). However he stated, even recently, that he still doesn't know what the song is actually about.

This probably doesn't quite count as "classic rock", but
I like it.
Martha and the Muffins - "Echo Beach"
Just a bit annoyed it takes me half an hour or so just to download the first few bars... bloody useless connection...
