I find it sad that water isn't free.

Water and air are necessary for continued life. They are not commodities to be bought and sold to the highest bidder.

The air you breathe is free. If you need to air up your tires....that's about 50 cents.
Water is free. But if you want running water in your home...you gotta pay for that.
