Paradice Net is Up... (kinda)

I took some time to start rebuilding the HTML pages, since they needed an update, and got to work. However, the only links I'd trust on the main site (www.paradice.net) would be the ones for the forum, the wiki, contact info, and such. The butans at the top don't uniformily work yet, because I was a douchebag when building the pages (I'm a bit rusty at HTML). I'll fix that next week.
