I kind of wonder, what would happen if a were accidentally changed during sex? Even if the partner knew of the were's lycanthropy, it would be embarassing at the least. What do you think would happen?

Probably agreat deal of noise and yelling.

Or; insert the Groupie thread and laugh...

Or; Someone who is aware of the legends, asking "You DID use a condom, didn't you? (or "Damn! I should'a used a condom!")

Ultimately: Lots of embarassment.

I have a feeling this thread wont end well.

I have only seen one movie where this happens (very crappy movie too), and I doubt they will do something like that again. Something like this would never add anything significant to a story in my opinion.

Well. . . I don't think this would ever happen in a movie (at least not a good one), but. . . Well, in other threads where we discussed what causes the shift, we kept toying around with adrenaline being the trigger, so I guess it could happen.

As for what specifically would happen, well. . . Based on the morphing screenshots I've seen of Freeborn, and taking into account that it would take at least one minute for a person to shift from human to werewolf. . . I think it's safe to say that would kill the mood completely. Someone might start to change while having sex, but I would love to meet the man/woman that would still be "as one" by the time their partner was finished.

I also think the pack would consider it one of the dumbest, most pathetic mistakes a werewolf could make.

If shifting is voluntary, it would be:
"You couldn't even compose yourself then of all times?! What are you, twelve?!"

And if shifting is full-moon induced, it would be:
"Why of all nights did you choose the full moon? You can't keep your pants on for even one night?!"

So I seriously doubt it would ever happen. At least in a serious setting, of course.

I keep flashing on the couple, still in bed; the now Shifted Werewolf trying to be very small and unnoticeable, and the as yet unchanged partner saying:
"Is there something you want to tell me about yourself? Like, have you had your shots? Should I expect more out of this relationship than I had planned on? ...And stop whining! Do you need to 'go walkies'?"

"OMG Bestiality! Bestiality!"

Heh, I've always wondered that. If a human has sex with a werewolf, is that bestiality?

Although, some people have weird fetishes and that could be a turn on for some partners.

Something not too far removed happened in one of Terry Pratchett's "Discworld" books. It happened afterwards, not during, and the end result was a terrified wolf bolting for the nearest hideaway, with a policeman in hot pursuit until it was pointed out to said policeman that he was in the altogether...

I think it may happen,

But of it does, i would imagine that it might be uncomfortable for the non-wolfie partner, even if it could be a turn on. You know a male werewolf's "junk" might be larger than a humans, and could be shaped differently. Like if the WW has a knot, it could hurt his partner.

I can probably think of many jokes that are related to this scenario but most of them are inappropriate so I'll just stop here.

Odd: it seems that most commenters have the Werewolf as the Male in this scenario. There IS another gender, y'all know.

"Ahhh, I suspect you have a few questions," she asked, all the while wishing she could just melt through the bedding.
"Well, yes;" he replied. "While I now understand your fondness for one particular position, why didn't you just tell me? I wouldn't have freaked, really. I care about you. Why did you think you couldn't talk to me?"
"You mean you aren't afraid?" she asked, barely believing what she had just heard. "I am, you know, the real thing...a Werewolf."
"Considering we both met at that internet Werewolf forum, I'd have thought you had a clue. Obviously, I like werewolves," he answered.
"That's good," she replied with some relief. "You know all the stuff about how it could be spread by sex? Well, it's true."
"Hooo-Boy. How long?" he asked worriedly.
"Next full moon," was her response. "But I'll be there for you. It isn't too bad; and your back won't trouble you anymore, and you won't get sick or hurt or..." seeing his raised hand, she stopped.

It may need a bit more of a suprised mood in that scene, but you have your plotworthy excuse to use this thread's subject in a movie. Very nice, as I am now proven wrong.
