I died in 3:02! The supply room will give you a steady supply of injuries. It grinds slowly, taking 3% at a time, but it works. That, and you can avoid that fat, overly chatty co-worker who keeps bugging you about where to eat.
Another trick: turn your keyboard diagonally, so the arrow keys fit on-screen movements. It's a simple turn, but it makes things so much easier on the cerebellum and visio-spatial cortex.
