If I'm out of the Hospital by then, I'll try my best to get some pictures and post them.
Since I live (sort of) in Kalifornia; where the whole thing will be visible; I'll be able to get the best pictures.
And with the weather we've been having, I don't expect there will be anything to distract or spoil it.
It looks like it'll be somewhere about 02.30 in the AM: so remember, it will be in the early Morning of the day, not that night.!
D'you suppose that will cause a double shift to occur?

*Sigh*
I *was* going to have a howling workshop at Burning Man before I had a detached retina and had to scrap the trip on doctor's orders...there is going to be a major Eclipse party on the Black Rock Desert Playa this year, and I'm gonna miss it
...but I'm NOT going to miss the Eclipse!! The weatherman swears we'll have clear skies through the week with only a 20% chance of precip.
Eclipse-watchers, please take note: it happens midnight Monday/Tuesday, NOT Tuesday night. Soooo...stay up Monday night to watch it. I'll probably trip out to Gillespie Corners to watch.
BTW, you can still check out an eclipse in a city. We can knock out stars and meteors with light pollution but we haven't outshone the Moon yet. Even an eclipsed Moon. Just go to a part of the city where there aren't any skyscrapers and you should be able to see it just fine.
