Just make sure that you are not a man destined for male-pattern baldness!
Can you imagine a werewolf with male pattern baldness

Well, since they're human a lot of the time, and humans don't have any fur that blocks the the sun, I doubt it.

I have several characters that are Werewolves. The way I had their human form different from other humans was things like unusual scars, sharply angled eyebrows that don't touch, but come close, unusualy rough palms, and his rings fingers are longer than his middle fingers. Also, even though his eyes are blue, they sometimes turn green when he is excited or angry.

so...Umm...MOOOOOOOOO :howl: :oo

Aww...come on...it wasn't that bad. It certainly wasn't "great" either though. I sort of liked it, in a weird way.

They made Lupin look like the unfortunate lovechild of a chihuahua and a skinny great dane that was given a bad dose of growth hormone and left in the rain.

I hate when people do that. It's very, very rude to "Boooo" durring any kind of performance. If you don't like it, keep your mouth shut and leave.

I agree that Lupin the Werewolf looked hideous. The thing is...in the Harry Potter universe, Werewolves are NOT cool things to be. I think they represented that very well in the film version. Lupin looked absolutely miserable...you had to really feel for him.

It would have been alot harder to epithise with his characters pain and suffering at being a Monster against his will if he had transformed into a COOL looking werewolf. ...in that story...being a werewolf was supposed to be a BAD thing. ...and if I turned into that every lunar cycle, I would be depressed and terrified of the moon too.
Please Forgive the Occasional Outburst of my Inner Sage ... for he is Oblivious to Sarcasm, and not Easily Silenced.

Just because it was a curse, is no excuse to do such a bad job on the werewolf.
