That Sunfizz commercial is great because it shows the actual reaction people would have to strange cartoon figures showing up on their table.

And that one with the hands is just phenomenal.

I watched it again now and I don't believe it. It might be all done by hand, but you can't convince that the timings and some of the movements are all done naturally. And I'm not even starting on the odd curves the hands seem to have sometimes if you look closely. Its definately CGI enhanced.

Three things you need to know:

1) All the individual shapes are rarely just one person.

2) It's not always just hands. They use their arms sometimes too.

3) They are done at varying distances.

The only real computer enhancement is when they fade the car over the hands at the end.

I dont know...the horses legs dont look right to me and the people look like cut outs more then hands. But maybe its just me.

Well, regarding the people, there's an actual moment (about 0:40) where you can see one of the people "break" as it drops down and is momentarily recognizable as a person's hand and arm.

The horse took me the most time to figure out, but thankfully, you can pause it and see the point where they were "assembling" it (at 0:50). The head is made of two or three hands, and the legs are a pair of arms with fists clenched for hooves.
