Thats good...AMD has some quite good products.As far as I remember AMD was the one to start the Dual Core trend.
I've worked with a lot of AMD products and never heard any complaint for any of the products.Max that someone did over clocking and fried the unit,but thats all.Yet as I saw AMDs can take more over clocking than Intel CPUs (but they would require better cooling).Both of them have drawbacks and strengths mostly depending on the usage of these.
