(Hey...if Figarou can have his own custom Wolf smiley...)
[Edit: Rather than make a new post every time I add another Custom Smiley for myself, I will just keep updating them all into this post.]

Yeah...it's hard to squeeze in any distinctive details when you are working with just under 30x30 pixels. ...and then, those "details" are just square blocks, so it takes a bit of imagination to make out what they are supposed to be.Figarou wrote:It needs some tweaking.Vuldari wrote:

I uninstalled my old image program so I would be forced to learn how to use GIMP. In the process, I learned that Gimp can in fact do transparency and Animation quite easily.Figarou wrote:...And I see Vuldari is working on more of his own custom wolf emoticons.

Can you adjust the frame rate using GIMP? I don't have GIMP. I'm used to Animation Shop 3 and Photoshop Elements 2.0

The "Gimp" is FREE, by the way, if you have any desire to try it out.Figarou wrote:Can you adjust the frame rate using GIMP? I don't have GIMP. I'm used to Animation Shop 3 and Photoshop Elements 2.0
I learned the answer to your question while making the winking edit. YES. Frames are created by making them in seperate layers, and delay can be set by adding sub-text to the layer name. (Ex: "layer2 (700ms) (combine)")
If you don't specify the delay for the frames in the layer names, then the framerate will be whatever you set the "_delay between frames where unspecified" option to while saving the animation.

I know the GIMP is free. I just don't want another program added on my PC. I have Paint Shop Pro 7 and I don't use it as much as Photoshop Elements. I use Animation shop 3 to change the frame rates.
