Wow, the forum linked to in the site is really talking s*** about the guy, and accusing him of making up the fact that his son died in the war, and even saying that he wasn't beaten up, despite there being pictures and witnesses! What a bunch of pricks.

Yes, let's not drag the soldiers into this. They're only doing their jobs. let's stick to this one topic.

You're snapping at everybody lately and there's not at lot of reason for it. So you disagree, so what? It doesnt mean the rest of us are wrong. Stop taking everything so personally. Im sure you say things that others dont agree with either but they dont rip you down for EVERYTHING you say. Stop jumping down everybody's throat. This is a forum-a place where people meet-if you hate the way we all think and act, dont be here.

So you automatically assume that everyone in the military is pro-war? Not very smart for someone that wants to prove that everyone pro-war isn't stupid.

That wasn't a nessessary comment IMO. Z was just stating her opinion on the topic. She has every right that we do to be here.

Z's outrage comes as no surprise, though, yes, it gets a bit irritating. And embarassing as well.

To tell you the truth, if i hadn't known that there were a lot more nazis in Hitler's army who want out of his s*** anti-semitic agenda than i thought, i would also react similarly.

I think you may have misinterpreted MargeAgeddon's meaning. They were calling pro-war people stupid, not soldiers, which is, I think, why Terastas thought you were implying that every person in the military was pro-war. If you're pro-war, go ahead and be angry about that.

yea but they associated the "stupid pro war" people with "front lines". so wat does that make the soldiers that stood in the front lines for thier country? i personally think those in the front lines (soldier or civilian) are the heroes.

They were saying that if people are pro-war, they should join the military rather than have other people fight for them. It has nothing to do with the intelligence of soldiers (except for those that are pro-war, but that's only by association). They weren't saying anything bad about the troops, but rather the war and it's supporters. You may still be angry about that, but there you go.

Boy can I call 'em or what? You know it would just be so much easier just to stay away from politics here(and calling anyone STUPID, for that matter)

In response to a comment that war supporters are stupid, you accused us of calling the soldiers stupid. You yourself implied that everyone in the military is pro-war. That couldn't be farther from the truth.

So I'm not calling soldiers or war supporters stupid, but I am calling you a hypocrite.

That's not what you said before. Don't automatically assume that I know everything that's going on in your life.

There it is. In response to a quotation calling war supporters stupid, you accused him of calling the soldiers stupid.

ok, well if i really need to break this down then here it goes: first of all it was stated that for being stupid, a pro war supporter should be put on the front lines. if the front lines is where the stupid people should go, then wat does that make the soldier?

Go get 'em stupid. Stupid, because they are pro-war, NOT because they are on the front lines.
And good riddance. Because this MargeAgeddon person does not regard their opinion highly at all, and feels that it would be better if they were not there.

They were not insulting the troops, this is just one big misunderstanding.

lots of contradiction here isnt there. Anyway I dont think theres been a misunderstanding with that those guys did. They are just A** thats what they are plain and simple.

Oh, definitely, there's no denying that. They're political opinions are unimportant, they're assholes for doing what they did, especially in that context. Then if you factor in their opinions, it makes them hypocritical assholes as well.
