I'm not trying to start a contest myself, jsut putting the idea out there. Basically, since the Star Wars prequels were so bad in the writing department, in this contest several writers would get together and each write their own scripts for the prequels .The catch is that they they have to stay true to the prequels continuity wise (or else it would be fan-fiction), but can do things like write better dialogue, flesh out chracters, ect.
I'd love to see Anikin portrayed better as the haunted, old soul kid rather than a whoopee! happy-go-lucky squirt. Somehow Darth Vader going "whee!" is wrong.

Hey, that does sound pretty neat! I think I might tell my nephew about it. He likes starwars and he'll definitely write a better script that any of those. He's 7. Good kid, lots of potential as a writer.
