Aww...Frankenweenie was so cute. It would be good to see a remake! And longer!
Man oh man, everybody and their mother does a version of Alice in Wonderland. But it's Tim Burton so that guarantees that it's at least going to be very pretty to look at.

I dunno about the drugs, but he was a wierd bird from the start...
Being a Reverend, he actually had an Anglican church Parish for awhile...there must have been some interesting sermons on Sunday.
What we miss, in all the modern versions of Alice, is the fact that it was a satire on current society (in his day).
Find "The Hunting of the Snark" in a poetry book: he did that, too>

They better not be bad, I expect more from him after his remake of Planet of the Apes, which was good mind you, followed more to the book but was still lacking what the original had.
The wolf is neither man's competitor nor his enemy.
He is a fellow creature with whom the earth must be shared...
If the wolf is to survive, the wolf haters must be outnumbered.
They must be outshouted, out financed, and out voted.
Their narrow and biased attitude must be outweighed by an attitude based on an understanding of natural processes.

The ending is the same as the book, but not the rest of the story. According to the plot synopsis I just read of the book, the old movie followed the book better, if I remember it correctly. The ending is the one in the newer movie, but since it's a French novel, the ending takes place in Paris.MrDragon811 wrote:They better not be bad, I expect more from him after his remake of Planet of the Apes, which was good mind you, followed more to the book but was still lacking what the original had.

Oh, really? Well then no wonder why the original was a good movie, I never really looked up the book, but I just herd that Tim Burton's remake followed the book but if that was only the end, then that would be the only good thing about the remake to the least.
