Pregnancy

Post by Moonwatcher »

Okay some else might have already post this....but i just like to say...
can female werewolf get pregnant.
I read in this novel having a female werewolf becoming pregnant is a miracle.
Cause as u know Werewolves can just bite people to infect they don't all have to babies.

I liked to hear your comments on this :)

Hohoho...Finally someone posted this.

I was also having this question inside my head for quite a long time already.

From my perspective, I think female lycanthropes "can" get pregnant, either they are bitten or hereditary. And either with a bitten or hereditary male copulate with her too. :lovestruck:

For the offspring, I don't know. :?

Okay but when the female wolf change would her unborn child get hurt.
But i would guess that her off spring would be 50% chance that the child might not
become a werewolf(that if she mated with a human instead of a were).
And if she mated with a were then it would have been probably a full chance that the child would be a were. :P

This is already a thread...I'll see if I can find it and merge the two.

As I recall, the consensus was that the female would go Wolf in the latter stage of pregnancy and deliver that way. It was a tossup as to whether the child would be human-appearing or Werewolf in appearance, with the general feeling of Human baby.

Keep in mind, while the baby might be delicate and weak, the mother's body wouldn't be, so shifting wouldn't harm the developing child until it was big enough to make mama "visibly" preggers.

Come to think of it, there was a "baby" thread, too. Lemmesee if I can find it and merge all three.

That would be great.
If the wolf changes during the later stages of pregnancy i think that would hurt the child
i think it would probably change before she has a stomach.

I've thought about this subject alot and my theory is that it depends which form the female werewolf got pregnant in my theory she would be kept in that form for the remainder of the pregnancy. The offspring would probably be very influenced by the form of which the mother is in during the pregnancy such as a child born from a mother in wolf would be more animalistic.
