When a Werewolf transforms into thier Wolf or Hybrid ("Gestlalt") form, they become a hairy, Lupine reflection of thier human self.
A fat Man becomes a Fat Werewolf...
A tall woman becomes a tall, wolf...
A large, strong, muscular person becomes one "Bad A**" powerful Werewolf...
...and YES...a Midget would become a Midget werwolf. (Like a little CHIBI Wolf.
)
I don't see why it would be any other way. A three foot tall man would not become a 7-foot werewolf, and then shrink down to 3 feet again. (Unless you are talking the "mystical shapeshifter" kind...in which case,
anything goes...
)

I found that werewolf good looking too. Therians do not complain about furries, you will get some who do, and we don't seem to like them getting mixed up. Yet we have 'furry' therians and therians who are werewolf fans (me). I like furries, just not the yiff stuff, thats scary.
So lets switch this around, what about a good looking man? He'd become a yummy werewolf.
And I'd agree a midget would be a really small werewolf.
