DANG!!!!!! What I give to have a setup like that!!
Oh.....if you look closely at his equipment, you can see his PS3 in the middle of it. (8th picture down.) Playing games on that setup has got to be REALLY something!!

Wow. Throw a popcorn maker in there and someone to make it for you and its just like going to the movies.
Kinda seems like a waste of money to me though.

I looked at it in more detail, that is one large projector, a little cluttered, they must have some great sound coming from that, too much overkill on the speakers.

Just saw Figarou's set up, that is a nice set up and sound system without going overboard.
Dedicated theater room, cannot go wrong there.
What do you think of projectors, HD or standard?
Some having a very pricey bulb replacement costs.

Front projectors are good if you have a very large room.
The room I have is 13X13. To small for a Front projector.

Would be a little close, a fifty six inch screen is a quite nice, depends on distance from screen, for the room size I have, I doubt I could use anything larger.
Still using twenty six inch tube television (boo).

Is it me, or does it look like the set for The Weakest Link?
I am always amazed what some people would rather have than money. Sure, it is cool, but that home theater system costs almost twenty times more than the house I'm living in right now. Really, wouldn't you rather have a six million dollar house? Or a million dollar house and an extra five million split between the bank and investments for when you need it?
*pause*
Anyone?
Er. . .
OK, I'll shut up now.

Haha, Im kind of with you on that one, I will actually probably spend less than 1million on the house.

Around here, you can build a top of the line house on a ten acre block just about anywhere that there are still ten acre blocks for half a million and still have change left over... and even with the American dollar at record lows that's still only about $400K American.
Mind you, if it was me, I'd use a fair amount of the leftover $5.6 million on things that went in the garage, not things that went in the lounge...

Phew. Glad I'm not alone. Me, I don't even know if I'd spend half a million on a house. I think I'd shop around in the $500,000 range but settle on something small and cozy, bank half of what's left to live off of quietly for a while and use the other half of what's left to fund something cool like alternative fuel,
the roadable plane or at least a really good movie script. But that's just me, so, umm. . . Yeah.
