i need some help

hey guys, and gals 
, how yall, i am curious lately and am wanting to make my own skin for winamp and other programs(winamp has a guide so im using it as my testing ground) the thing is, im no good at certian things so i was wondering if anyone would want to help me? the most i can give in return is the skin that is made from it, and maybe a avatar pic IF i get better at drawing....so anyone up to help me?
first thing im having trouble with is the darn text.bmp, there are 4 characters i do not know how to make.
