Just a quick hello

Hey guys,
Long time werewolf fan here who just recently found the board. I love all things werewolf but often find myself feeling cheated; there always seems to be so little time devoted to the werewolf himself despite his being the "star", at least in movies. I've found books that I like, but even still they usually don't live up to my vision. But hey, I can't fault other people for not reading my mind!
Some favored movies:
American Werewolf in London
Ginger Snaps
The Howling (the _first_ one)
I've enjoyed the Bitten and Moon Called series, though the wolves never seem beastly enough for me, nor wolfy enough. I think perhaps my favorite thus far is Sharp Teeth. Certainly a unique work. And I love the "gestalt" form as well as the natural wolf.
I'm a long time fan of White Wolf's Werewolf: the Apocalypse RP game though I certainly have my own take on it.
I work in the pet care industry and have been involved with dogs for many years. I do a lot of reading on canine behavior, but mostly centering around dogs rather than wolves. I do love me some canines.
