I laughed pretty hard at the Seinfeld quote, although some of them seem questionable. The whole bit on Asteroids in movies, for example, is not a list of cliches, but a summary of just one movie.
Lists I would recommend paying attention to for Freeborn (as they include some of the easiest cliches to fall into) include:
Bodily Functions
Cars & Driving
Computers & Electronics
Death
Environment
Houses
Injuries
Light
Phones
Product Placement
Sex
Shopping
I thought these were worth looking at, not because they were funny (though I loved the line about Mr. Pappodopolus), but because they contain a lot of things that you might not have thought about until reading about them. Sure, there's a few that might be fun to get wrong intentionally (carrots and french bread seem a lot funnier than before), but for the most part, try not to fall into them.

Here's some werewolf cliches:
1. The hospital scene--in so many fan stories. All a throw-back to American Werewolf in London.
2. Everyone standing still and staring while the werewolf shape-shifts
3. Every single person who doesn't get killed gets bitten
4. The full moon occuring on more than three consecutive nights without any references to huge tidal waves or catastrophic global seismic activity
5. The lead werewolf invariably being around the age of 18-30
6. The person who doesn't know anything at all about werewolves, so other people can explain it to him, and in the process run through the checklist for the benefit of the audience (full moons: yes, silver bullets: no, eyebrows: no, 2nd and 3rd finger: no, hairy palm: yes, pentagram: yes... How about I just email you the code)
