Evening, you lot. Or morning, as the case may be. I've wandered into your forum and I had to register and post. Just wanted to let you know that I heartily approve... that a place like this exists is amazing.

Well, let me begin with an introduction. First off, I'm not "right." I'm a gypsy on a motorcycle, a long-haired hooligan. I have more of an affinity for animals than Man; since I was born. I have one friend that I am dangerously loyal to, but other than that, I'm quite certain I share nothing with the rest of humanity than the fact we're bipedal. Nature makes sense to me while Man does not. I'm currently back in school to get my degree in Biology and then find a career in conversation or education... mostly because running around growling at people doesn't make them stop being idiots, and I'm not getting any younger. Currently clocking in at 28 years old for those curious.

I'm a halfbreed, and was told by the more spiritual side of my family that I don't have a shadow. I was told there's a black wolf that parades as a man by my side. It made quite an impression on an imaginative, but young, mind. I've never gotten over that feeling that there's something inside me that's not altogether human. I can feel it, circling and growling low in it's throat, and I feel complete... fur brushing against the flesh from within, rather than a transformation.

I don't believe I'm a werewolf. But I believe that mankind can yearn to be more than what it is, and to connect with animals on an ancient level we've lost. I love to talk about werewolves in the popular view, the cultural sense; from 'yeah, he looked awesome' to 'I think they're saying, on a subconscious level... blah blah blah' I think there's alot of stuff we can jar away on together, and am looking forward to making some friends who won't find my particular interests so... odd

I'll write more later, but Outdoors calls me and the bike won't drive itself /snicker

Long haired hooligan on a motorcycle!? Instant mate! Welcome. One does get the feeling that nature has a savage simplicity and man an awkward compexity, that yearning for the base we build monoliths to supress. But for me, a nihilist, nature is as close to truth as a concious mind can comprehend, and man an equation worth solving, a clock worth pulling apart to find the savage teeth that turn the gears.
