thepacksden.com expiring

Here's the general details
- thepack.network is expiring.
- Anthony hasn't been up-to-date on his payments for hosting
- I've bugged him about it several times about it prior
- Red Victoria and Cashel Entertainment run on the same server, so they're inaccessible as well
- This place is our new location for the time being (if nothing is done)
Note: We may have lost a few avatars and attachments in transition (the filesystem is from a 2 month old backup, however, the database backup is from last night)Takyoji wrote:thepack.network has become inaccessible due to lack of sufficient financing for hosting. This is due to Anthony horribly procrastinating with payments especially after being repeatedly warned. This does not under any circumstance means that The Pack is gone; we're simply moving to a different location temporarily. All it takes is for Anthony to continue paying $9/month for the hosting for thepack.network to become accessible again. This is also occuring with redvictoriathemovie.com and cashelentertainment.net.
In the mean time we've created a temporary safehouse for The Packs Den in the event that this issue doesn't get resolved. We have nightly backups of all the posts on the forum, thus we have restored the database for The Packs Den on our safehouse location at http://pack.paradice.net (note there is no 's' in the spelling of 'paradice'). If the inaccessibility issue of thepack.network persists, then we will use the pack.paradice.net as our new location (and may get a shorter domain along with that).
So feel free to go to our temporary location at http://pack.paradice.net
Or alternately, feel free to use our IRC-based chatroom service which is at irc.paradice.net on the channel "#pack". There is a web-based client accessible at http://kiri.nonexiste.net:2001/
Pass this email to any members of The Packs Den that aren't aware of this yet. Also, this is a message to just some of the members, not all of them. We might do a mass email soon if this method proves ineffective.
