I got this one from an old book...I'm not sure if it's worded correctly, so there may be other correct answers from the one that I know.

First one: Rune.
Second one: reflection (don't make much sense, i know, but that's all I got).
The third one sounds like it might be a railroad track.

Rune is correct....try again on the others.

For the second one, I'm guessing a penguin... but I don't think it's right...

The third one...? I would say the Earth itself. Again, I don't think it's right.

Have I won yet?....Because those weren't right either.

Pretty sure the third one is a ship. I'm really wracking my brain on the second.

Is that what it's supposed to be?

My guess is the crow's nest of a ship, which seems more likely than the figurehead, which would probably get wet.

If that's correct:
What's more important then the end of the world? I know this is rather open-ended, subjectively, but I want to see if anyone can get the answer I'm thinking of.

The answer was "shadow", and I can here you all going"AAAwwwww..." as I type this. Is the answer to your question life? or the beginning of the world? That one is pretty open....any clues?

The answer I had in mind for it is: The next day. The only thing more important than the end of the world is what happens next.

The wave, over wave a weird thing I saw,

I'm really not sure but I think the first one might be sky. This is the part that gets me though:

I think the third one might be ice but I really can't make any other connection.

3rd one is ice, I'll give you hints for the other two.
