Blast, it looks like you fell prey to a hail of duckies before we could get you a hardhat! Now you have one though, your noggin should be protected from future rubber-based cranial impacts. To a degree!

Welcome to the Pack, Jingles! We're always happy to see a new face here, what with new thoughts, opinions, directions, motivations, and dreams, all of which adds to the richness of our diversity as a whole.

I do have one favour to ask you, though - the red text is really hard on my eyes, I have particularly poor sight and I had to highlight your message to read it. I'm not saying don't use red text, that's entirely your prerogative, but I am saying I'd appreciate it. Sorry to have to ask.

I like you already, and I just now notice that I recognize you from Deviant art, I think some webcomic linked to you, or something.

Awww, man! I led her here to the Pack so excitedly, and then as we both chatted on AIM last night, I realized that I couldn't give her a hardhat OR pummel her with duckies because the post had to be approved by an administrator, and I was not ready to stay up until 6AM (stayed up 'til 5 instead) waiting for the post to clear.

Boo. But welcome anyway, Jingles! I know you're gonna love it here.

And for the love of God, people, please go check out her deviantART. She's an incredible artist and the best roleplayer I know (we kicked out 67 pages in like four days this month. Fun times.)

Well, I did just that!

The art style is interesting indeed, and by interesting, I mean really rather good. I shall extrapolate! It's a very stylised art form, all in all, and it reminds me a lot of some of the better comic book artists I've seen. This is no small compliment considering how much of a fan I am of comic book art.

Due to that, I wasn't at all surprised to see a page there that looks very much like the splash page for an upcoming comic book. Colour me interested!

Keep us posted with your new works here on the Pack, Jingles! I look forward to seeing what you'll do next.

Stone the crows... you'll have your own following next because I like you too. I have to say though it's because you're so bally infectious, I've met people like you before, they bring out the urge in others to go crazy go nuts. And that's not really a bad thing.

Vagrant, I apologize, I haven't started your commission yet, but I had a really complicated one to finish before yours that took me longer than expected. I do have some references already gathered, though, and after Saturday I think I can give it a go.

Oh, I did manage to read it! I highlighted it.

That's what I meant by my comments regarding the commissions, that I'm probably going to end up commissioning Jingles too.

As for the commission you're doing. Two things...

Nullus anxietas (as in, no worries) and no need to rush. Really, honestly! I would never dream of imposing any kind of deadline on you, and you shouldn't impose any on yourself. I'm more than happy with "It'll be done when it's done."

I was actually tempted to 'correct the typo' and call it Jingles' Belles too, but I was worried that would be offensive, so I left it as it was.

I have to admit though, it's really such a funny name for anything, it'd probably make a great band name! I could even see a biker gang taking up Jingles' Belles. So why not a Werewolf pack, eh?
