Cupcakes, cupcakes, everywhere!

for those of you who like to bake, i recently found this site:

i havent tried making anything from it yet, but i've gone through just about every recipe she has and it all looks amazing (and pretty easy too!).

me too, i actually tried the caramel ones this weekend! they were easy enough to make, considering they're from scratch, and the recipe made about 18 for me instead of 12, but it was well worth it!
i should probably put a warning, though, these were VERY sweet. not in a stomach ache kinda way, but they're definitely more dessert cupcakes than "maybe ill have one for breakfast" cupcakes ^^

I'm going to do a riff on the mocha hi-hats tonight and tomorrow. I don't have coffee powder in the pantry, so I'll use peppermint chai instead.
