Rate the Sig Above You

Pretty self-explanatory. Rate the signature of the person above you out of 5, 10, 50, 100, etc... (However much you wish to grade them out of). I won't enforce it but try to give a little feedback on the sig as well.
If a person has speeches, mantras, etc... as well as a picture/s don't judge these separately, judge them by how dynamic they are together.
