I've never seen any of these biker/punker werewolves myself.

But THESE i've seen everywhere.
Actually, I was thinking immediately of the movie Skinwalkers.

Werewolf not always the antagonist... Van Helsing's transformation into the good guy werewolf was pretty bad@$$ as well. It's just incredibly rare that any werewolf group is shown to be non-dysfunctional. As for Were-Goth. Never seen it. Usually they seem to be bikers/punk rock, though. But not walk...

Part of this could be answered if the hypothetical werewolf in question lives a solitary existence, or is part of a pack. In the former, there's always a pack Omega. In the latter, you might have a werewolf without much force of will, or unwilling to use their natural abilities to defend themselves,...

Well, in the PitW-Verse, pack alpha's long ago practiced 'droit de singeor'. 'prima noctis' as it's also known. (Remember the movie Braveheart?). Basically the strongest leader type got preference on passing along their traits. Of course, many females and males competed within the group for their ow...

First off, you're assuming that piercings and tattoos would 'take' as opposed to 'instantly heal'. One way to tell a true werewolf would be their utter lack of bodily scarification.

An EGG! HAHAHA! dunno why i find that hilarious Because of Mork & Mindy. Well, they might be born either way, dependent on the phase of the moon in relation to the birthing. Thing is, if you're dealing with social lycanthropes, here might be werewolf midwives or even medical professionals to ha...

It looks like in PitW, one of the problems/conflicts stems from the werewolves, and what they're willing to do to keep themselves secret from the larger world. (I'd guess with the rough numbers, of 1 in every 1000 being a lycanthrope, you have mid sized towns with small to large packs, major cities ...

In the PitW-verse, one in every 1000 humans is actually a lycanthrope of some kind. Most young male wolves have alot of aggression to deal with, and military service may be seen as a way to work that out outside of the confines of their home Pack, and in a constructive manner. Given that werewolves ...

Possibly very ugly incident (at the time. Said lycan would probably chuckle about it later.) . The radical shifting internally would first displace it, and with the metal rod recognized as a foreign body, the tissues would 'spit it out' during the first full transformation as part of the regenerativ...

Depends if it's science, or magic. In PitW, the lycantrope's regenerative properties can take care of quite a bit (short of decapitation, and of course, fire & silver). But of course, old age catches up with everyone, and senility makes an old werewolf a doubly dangerous creature, to themselves ...

Well, in Peter is the Wolf, Peter, Jean and Rebecca all have noticeably smaller muzzles than the main adults... Thought he most 'stereotypical' wolves in the town pack are Gus Cramer and Walter Stubbe. And as for the tummy rubbing... We know what happens in PitW when you rub some male wolf's tummy, ...

Well, there's something to be said for either in that regard. Silver in the blood, yeah, in one story style, could just be a poison, like lead poisoning from lead-based paint & pewter minis or something in humans. But as a holy/magical object, you get a bit more. Like the great scene in Fred Per...

Thanks guys. Reading through this has kinda reminded me how many of these have been addressed for humorous purposes in Peter is the Wolf ... Let's see... Sarah, in her first transformation, screams "What's happening to me?"... and Peter & Jean remark about always laughing at that line....

Werewolves are more physically hardy, given a regenerative factor. Let's add to this, Vampires have a crucial weakness - being vulnerable to religious icons. Think about it.. a werewolf with hands for it's forepaws can hold a Vampire at bay with a crucifix, which the Werewolf has no natural fear of,...
