Would be an interesting scene. A werewolf calling in sick for work so he can still have a job in the morning. I'd imagine the vocal effects would help create the illusion of a sick human.

I dunno, I'd like to see the dark commedy aspect done, myself. With enough wit, it could become the sort of cult classic that the Evil Dead movies are. Maybe not everyone can relate to a classic love for old B films, but surely everyone can relate to humor.

It really depends on what kind of werewolf we're talking about. If you just want your stereotypical B-movie monster, then go with the "deal with the devil" routine.
