A person running away? That makes sense in the real world. All humans fear what they do not understand. A werewolf transformation ranks right up there with aliens landing. Their first instinct (espically when alone) is to run and cower in fear. This would be difficult since the camera would have to ...

Yup, werewolves should only wear clothing as a symbol of social status. It depends on the pack and society of the werewolves exactly what those clothes are. If you have a pack who meet on the countryside, you might have more of a tribal look going on with a more feral appearance. However, packs in t...

Re: Outbreak

I have to agree with Scott's post. Werewolves should be extremely selective on who they decide to infect with lycanthropy. Both parties have to be willing and the odds of a mistake happening are almost unheard of. Werewolves only want the top fit, in both physical and mental conditions to preserve t...

Yup, all of those are good. Just as long as its not Jakks Pacific. That Van Helsing line they did should have gotten a few people fired if there was any justice in the "quailty control" department.

I dunno, a shift is pretty rough on the body. A werewolf is not going to want to shift just on a whim. There had better be a damn good reason for the werewolf to put his/her body through such a strenuous act. Shifting any part of your body isn't as easy as taking the top of your convertable car.

I loved them. They were my favorite CG canine characters before Van Helsing came out. Not only were the Anubis warriors themselves cool, but the movies themselves (Mummy, The Mummy Returns) rocked my world! I loved them both! Great adventure movies that I highly recommend. Gotta say though, the Anub...

It will be partial in the sense that the foot retains the same proportions of a wolf's foot while keeping the same thickness of a humans foot as well. However, the heel has to be in the air completely.

Missing body parts? I would think not. As for dieses, I dunno...you would be getting technical there. I would think that if a wolf has immunity to them (such as colds) whereas humans do not it would be a 50/50 tossup if the werewolf would be immune to them. Hard to tell...but then again, for this mo...

As nice as the chat room is, I suggest going with an IRC channel. It's much easier to control/maintain and has alot more flexability when connecting. People can choose a web-based java app (like you have setup now) or they can use a standalone client like mIRC or XChat.

Just my thoughts.

Something like adding tails and small animal parts like that probably won't be too far off in the distant future. Look at the cute anime cat girls who have cat ears and cat tails. People love those! We already have the technology to engineer like that. The only thing holding the industry back is &qu...

Then again, transformation scenes are looked apon as a pinnacle of special effects and general creativity. It's not that hard to make a werewolf moving around, but to illustrate the change from human to werewolf is quite a challenge for any production studio.

...not that I would know.

Yeah, I've hever even heard of TFB. I'm just another slobering werewolf freak who heard about this board from the Stan Winston Creatures' site. Since this board is bristling with so much more activity, I spend more of my time here and I do there for obvious reasons. However, as for transformation sc...
