A cool werewolf picture
Wow!
This is a really cool picture, I don't know what it's from but I found it on someone's roleplaying site. Too limited though...all werewolves have to be evil or something, and I don't really roleplay much anymore so eh (Except here occasionally).
But the picture is awesome!

It's from one of the D&D books, 3.5 version, on the discussion of lycanthropy. It was supposed to be the Werebear, Wererat, and, of course, the Werewolf.
I personally dont' agree with that system, but yes, the pictures are good.
(Unbelievable! I did that from memory alone! *Jawdrop*)

AD&D new edition. That female werewolf is a little too attractive for an evil creature.
It messes with my head.
I think those are after their art revisal. When you compare the old monster manual illustrations to the new ones you can see they have made alot of changes. The original werewolf illustration looked more like a shaggy rat and the wolfwere looked like a werewolf.

Ive never played Dungeons and Dragons before. I have no idea what the system is like? You mean the old board games or the actual internet ones or the cards? What is the system?
Yeah the rat is awesome. Reminds me of Anita Blake...(The were-rat., though not the designs, really)
Check this out: (Its been posted but this picture is new)

Tabletop (to my last recollection). Dice, player sheets, and a lot of talking. And a DM, of course.Kirk Hammett wrote:Ive never played Dungeons and Dragons before. I have no idea what the system is like? You mean the old board games or the actual internet ones or the cards? What is the system?

As a former AD&D D.M., the "Must be Good, Must be Evil" rule is usually one of the first ones that gets chucked.
What do you call a Neutral/Neutral? Try Sociopath....
And no, I wouldn't kick her out of the pack jus' fer a lil' evilness....

As a former Lizard Man character, still have the sheet in with the box somewhere. I can second this little rule being broken all the time, except when items come into play.RedEye wrote:As a former AD&D D.M., the "Must be Good, Must be Evil" rule is usually one of the first ones that gets chucked.

I wander if D&D has any evil campaigns?

depending on who you play with you might not be missing much.Kirk Hammett wrote:Might do that Moon Lover, if I get some time! Ive just never played it before!
I stopped because I got sick and tired of, "oh yeah I was standing in the hallway, or oh yeah I had my eyes closed, AFTER the blinding light trap was sprung" type of stuff.
