oh, and you love coffee, too. bummer.
so, i was playin on my xbox and i have this crazy game called Jet Set Radio Future. man, it is crazy. i really like it. it's a rollerblading/grafitti video game. insane, huh?
and now, i'm totally freakin out! my local movie theater is so lame. first of all, we didn't get Blood and Chocolate. talk about a bummer. then, we're not gettin Smokin Aces. again, talk about a bummer. but the weirdest part of all is we ARE getting Pan's Labyrinth. i am so psyched! i'm seein it tomorrow! that's prolly the only good thing bout my local theater. but yeah, it's gonna be rockin.
and yesterday, it was so awesome. i went to another city for a academic team meet for my high school, and like the second question we had was about Che Guevara (i was the only one who knew it) and a later question was about the disease Typhus and i was the only one who knew it and i knew it because i read this awesome graphic novel called Maus you guys should look it up.

I heard about it a while ago... I'm not sure what it is about, though. On the subject of graphic novels, though, I finally found V for Vendetta at my local Borders... For $30. That caught me off guard.

it's about the holocaust. but instead of people, the author used animals to make it less macabre. he used mice for jews, cats for germans, pigs for poles, reindeer for swedes, dogs for americans, and who knows what else. it's a really good book.

I saw Rodger Waters last night! Wow! Talk about PINK FLOYD! We had stoners and drunks and all sorts of drugs all around, (not us, but the people around us) and there were even fireworks in the background. They had all the screens and images playing, some pyrotechniques and stuff, bubbles haha and a giant pig! The pig was a very political pig. It floated away into space too...I don't know if Rodger intended that...he asked if it was still floating around. I have no idea where the giant pig landed.
Clapton tomorrow night!

Sounds interesting, I might check it out sometime. I really don't buy graphic novels... Probably why the V for Vendetta price shocked me.nachoboy wrote:it's about the holocaust. but instead of people, the author used animals to make it less macabre. he used mice for jews, cats for germans, pigs for poles, reindeer for swedes, dogs for americans, and who knows what else. it's a really good book.

Crap, I have overdue books at my library... Not to mention I'd have to request it, anyway, since the only available copy is in a library I don't go to.
