I take it someone wants a custom title rather quickly.
Well, where shall it be? 800 posts? 700? 600?
As for a mod, I may need one in the near future. With word spreading about this film, more and more people are joining this forum.

But let's see how the rest of the poll turns out first. Maybe some people think it's too long already.

Well, look at it this way.
2 people are already close to legendary with the scale you have now. (800+ Legendary)
From the way it looks, I think Shadowblaze will reach it before Vuldari. It took her 4 months to reach 694 posts. Vuldari took 6 months just to reach 767.
Anywho.. I'm prepared to make the changes when the time comes.
Thje scale defninetly needs to stretched out. i was a ledengary about 5 days after joining, which is entirely unrealistic. 800 for legendary seems about right, however Mod powers should be based on time and willingness to work ranther than post count.

You're right. A mod should be willing to help out in this forum rather than post count.
When it starts getting crowded in this forum, I'll look for volunteers.
I think it's a good scale. As it is, there would be less than ten "Legendary" posters. Heck, for that matter, Anthony Brownrigg would simply show as "Pack Elder."
For that reason, we might want to consider a way of adding special titles in recognition of him, Silver, and other members of ReQuest Entertainment / Cachel / et. al. Even if they say they're handing The Pack over to us, they're still bloody important, to say the least.
Taking a Gestalt approach, since it's the "in" thing...

As much as it thrills me. It also saddnens me to say that it is now politically incorrect for me to be running this forum.
What does this mean? The Pack has grown into something big. How big? Will we have our own office space? A share in the market? Naaaa....highly unlikely. But will it continue? Who knows. People can move on or retire from The Pack.
I changed my title to Pack Representative because thats what ABrownrigg said I was doing. I'm going to do my best and represent what The Pack is and why we are here!!!
Actually, the more I think about it, the more I think the scale should definitely be stretched out even more. I mean, this site has only really been around for 6-7 months, right? Shadowblaze has been here for only 1 1/2 months and is pushing 800 posts, and Figarou is getting close to 3000. And certainly, this site will continue existing long after the conclusion of the movie (I hope).
Dare I say it? Perhaps Legendary should even be as high as 2000 (maybe higher?). I mean, Figarou has already surpassed that, as is, and will no doubt double that figure inside two or three months.

Heh, I'm a postaholic.
With that new scale, nobody will be legendary. From the way it looks, Shadowblaze may be the 1st to reach it.
Looks good to me, though it does mean that I'll lose my legendary ranking. Guess I'll just have to go back to commenting on anything and everything like I did during the first few months of the forums lifespan.
*reminisces about how he used to have the highest number of posts*
