I'm just so happy, we are getting cable, and now the cable copany is going to get the channel 'The CW' so I get to watch SMALLVILLE!!!!!! I'm so heppy...

I can see it now..... sitting at home, watching all new episodes of SMALLVILLE!!!

I like T.V as much as the next guy, but too much of it in one day is just boring.

Its impossible for me to sit long periods of time and just stare at something and not have my brain working.

I've got to either read a book, play chess, go out side in the fresh air and take a walk or..... something.

Apparently, if we keep on the way we are, within 4 years, the percentage of obese and morbidly obese people in the population will match that of the USA.

People need to get of their fat arses and get a bit of exercise.

We have a new addition to our house: a female betta fish named Trillian Artemis Bird. Arty or Fish for short. Now Lola has a sister.

I used to have a goldfish named Arthur Bird...he didnt last long though. Hopefully Arty will last longer!
