well, I don't really like beer, I'm more if a "Wine" kind of person.
and well, I only get to drink it every once in a wile, and it's with my mom.
and I think that you should be able to legally drink at 18! since you are an adult at 18, it's unfair to have to wait until 21, since you can go to war at 18.
and you can.....well ya know.....at 18....IN ARIZONA YOU CAN BE 18 AND DRINK! Thats where my dad and I are going on my 18th birthday! We are driving up to Arizona for a beer!

Can you explain to me how that works? I'm kind of confused on how you can be 18 and drink legally

I know what you mean. I don't mean to hate on the ladies out there, especially if you can whoop behind when needed, but there is something up with certain ladies and being irresponsible. Two girls i met at school last year would deliberately go and get drunk then wanter off on their own. One night i went out with some of my guy friends went out and were hanging out and these two young ladies got smashed before we left. We tried our best to keep watch over them, but babysitting isn't our thing. Sometime in the night they disappeared and we totally freaked. They didn't get back to the dorms until around four or five and apparently they asked some hobo how to find the metro stop.
The point of that is, yes, there are lots of irresponsible teens out there, and I can only hope that if the drinking age were lowered to 18, that people would take more responsibility as a result of the extra freedom. That's probably a little too unrealistic, but I'm sure there will be a significant number of people who actually take responsibility for their actions. Now just to do something about those irresponsible people . . .
This is my signature. I'm supposed to put something here to go at the bottom of my posts. It seems as if my mind is blank right now, so this will suffice.

so that would be one down side to having people legally drink at 18. but there are also a lot of people who are responsible! and you can;t take it out on those people, they shouldn't have to suffer just becouse of those who aren't responsible!

Unfortunately you're in the minority. Most guys would at least take a grope. :/
But kudos to you for being a nice guy! You're a rarity, and it will pay off in the end. Girls realize in their twenties that nice guys make much better husbands. ^^

Alas, nice guys still finish last. A fact I'm still living. Every girl I ever liked never had any interest in me dispite my good intentions. Well, that was high-school after all. Of course I seriously doubt I'd date a girl that gets drunk during dates, so even the very opportunity will never show itself in my relationships. At least I hope it wont. Being drunk really isn't very attractive. I'd be more tempted to draw a mustache on her face as payback for being drunk on our date. Heh.

well i wouldnt but if i knew the girl I would do that...
Besides I havnt really had a serious relationship......and im fine with being single and a nice guy...just takes a chunk of harshness off your shoulder if you ever break up with the person or whatever
And strangely....the nice guys always end up in a nice sports car living in a big house while the jerks are out on the street

One of my friend's came to school drunk once and he tried to hide under one of the benches. It was kind of funny, but the realization that he could get into serious trouble concerned me. Anyway.....another reason why drinking age should stay at 21.
