Walking on all fours would not be easy for many people especially if it was the first time they tried. (This brings back bad memories of a martial arts class my parents forced me to take in the past.)
Besides humans were not "designed" to walk on all fours.
Maybe with enough practice "anyone" (we all know a crippled person could not do this =P) could, but it would be harder for some people to do it than other people.
On the other hand it is far far from unheard of.
