Sure, I could have stayed, could have even been king. But in my own way...I am King. (grabs girl) Hail to the king, baby!

This looks good.
The wolf is neither man's competitor nor his enemy.
He is a fellow creature with whom the earth must be shared...
If the wolf is to survive, the wolf haters must be outnumbered.
They must be outshouted, out financed, and out voted.
Their narrow and biased attitude must be outweighed by an attitude based on an understanding of natural processes.

I feel the trailer and the movie looks kind of predictable, I hoped more since his last movie D:
I bet that strange box it's some kind of artifact that must not be opened and it's looked by someone to destroy/kill/open the magic portal to the bad dimension/ etc. and Hellboy tries protect this box to save something from getting destroyed OR something like that. It even ended with " I think we have a company ( being totally predictable a huge monster is there).
Maybe I am just not giving the film a chance? It has that fantastical feeling like Pan's Labyrinth, and that's very neat.

That was my take on the original too. I watched it thinking of it more as an action comedy. Every time they hit one of those cliches, Hellboy would roll his eyes and say something to the effect of "What, again?"Doruk Golcu wrote:The whole point of Hellboy is it takes cliches of the pulp genre and does good things with them
As usual, I probably won't be seeing this due to my budget restrictions, but had I the money, I believe I would. I certainly can't wait to hear the Pack's reviews.
