Black Swan In Blekinge LOL.

Post by fredriksam »

The other day i was in town and bought some important things. After i was finished, i decided to go down to the bird pond and watch some birds.

And lo to my behold when there was a big black swan there. I just said WOW. Anyway i had my camera with me and took some pics of the swan.

These swans usually live in Australia. It might have escaped from a local Zoo that we have here in Blekinge.

I fed the swan some bread and managed it to come VERY close. Photo below.

Later, the swan came up on land and walked around in the green grass. I baby talked the swan a few times.

Then by some reason it wanted me away. It hissed slightly and started to give chase. I ws just "sorry big swan".

Anyway, It was really amazing seeing this cool animal there.

I didnt take any video clips of it, but may in the future.

Where Fredricksam lives, there aren't! That swan has to be an import, most likely from the zoo.

Still, it is a beautiful bird.
